A Wide Range of Materials for Wood Pellet Plant

The raw material can be divided into two big kinds: agro waste and forestry waste.
Agro Waste:  corn stalk, soybean stalk, sorghum stalk, rice straw, wheat straw, rice husk, groundnut shell, bagasse, tobacco waste, EFB(palm kernel)etc.
Forestry  Waste: wood chips, wood shavings, sawdust, stub, branch, woodetc.

Wood Pellet Processing Flowchart
Generally, a complete wood pellet line includes processes of crushing, drying, pelletizing, cooling and packing.
◎Crushing Process- Wood Chipper, Crusher or Hammer mill
Wood chipper：when diameter is ≧200 mm
Wood crusher: when diameter is ≦200 mm
Hammer Mill： when diameter is ﹤50 mm
◎Drying process-Dryer
The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 11-17%. So before pelletizing, a drying machine is needed to make the moisture content reaches the required standards.
◎Wood Pelletizing Process- Flat Die Wood Pellet Mill or Ring Die Pellet Mill
Pellet mill is the significant part of the wood pellet production line. Capacity is from 500 kg/h to 5 t/h. You can choose ring die pellet mill or flat die pellet mill according to your productivity.
◎Wood Pellet Cooling Process- contra flow cooler
After cooling, the pellet temperature and moisture will reach a right degree for long-time storage.
◎Wood Pellet Packing Process- Packaging Machine
Our pellet packaging machine is of high automation and equipped with PLC control. It is well known for precise weighing and easy operation.
