Ring Die Pellet Mill Working Process
It includes an imperative feeder system, high quality gearbox, ring die and lubrication system. The material is delivered into wood pellet machine through a conveyor and then transferred into pelletizing chamber by the screw feeder. Spinning rollers in the chamber force the material through the holes of the die, thus pellets being formed. After pelletizing, the length of the pellet can be cut according to different users’ request.
