Quality Management of Feed Factory

When people mention the quality management of feed factory, they firstly think about raw material analysis and evaluation, followed by the setting of feed nutrient levels, and design of formulas. However, there was a point that is easily forgotten by everyone,  “feed production” .

Generally divided into 4 parts

1. Residues management in the production proce
ss.
2. Control of uneven process risk in the production.
3. Inadvertently adjust the management of key points in formula design.
4. Positive and negative monitoring of product quality stability parameters.

How to realize "zero" residue management in production process
1. Sorting of production and cleanup of the production line.

2. The retention and management of front and back bags.
3. The design of the production line and the choice of conveyors.
4. Single-batch input-output management.
5. Checking and cleaning of distributor.
6. Inspection and cleaning of the bottom of the elevators.

There may be many points that can cause the residues of the production line. This time we just wanted to start a discussion, arousing people's thinking about more practice and management experience.
