Double SZLH420 20T/H Poultry and Livestock Feed Plant
Definition of poultry and livestock feed
Poultry and livestock feed is generally refers to the food for poultry and livestock , it is the ordinary feed in the feed classification.
Raw materials to make animal feed
The common raw material of poultry& livestock feed includes corn, wheat, barley, oats, sorghum, soybeans, soybean meal, fish meal, acids, mixed meals, whey powder, oil, meat and bone meal, grain, feed additives and so on more than 10 varieties of feed raw materials.
Main process of the poultry and livestock feed production line
1. moderate grinding fineness(screen hole diameter 2-4mm),
2. moderate curing and conditioning requirements (pellet mill equip with two layers conditioners)
3. finished products with pellet diameter (pellet diameter is around 2.5-6mm).
4. Double SZLH420 (pellet mill) poultry & livestock feed plant capacity is 20tph,
5. This plant includes two sets of hammer mills for crushing process, one batching & mixing process, two sets pf pellet machines for pelletizing processing and two sets of feed bagging machine of packing process.

Process Introduction of this 20T/H Automatic Animal Feed Plant
1. Raw materials receiving and cleaning process
The function of cleaning is to clean up impurities in the raw materials, such as large impurities, including ropes, clods, corn cobs and other non-magnetic impurities and magnetic impurities such as iron nails to ensure the quality of the product and the safety of subsequent processing equipment. The raw materials receiving and cleaning process of the 20TPH double SZLH420 poultry & livestock feed line contains granules feeding & cleaning and the powder feeding & cleaning.
2. Feed Crushing process
The effect of grinding section is to increase the specific surface area of the feed, which is beneficial to the digestion and absorption for the animals, improving materials processing performance. The grinding section of the 20TPH double SZLH420 poultry & livestock feed line includes two sets of hammer mill with bins. Before the raw materials feeding into the bin, it need to remove the impurities by magnetic separator to ensure the safe operation of hammer mill.
After impurity-removed, the material enters the grinding bins for grinding. The crushed materials are then transported by a screw conveyor into a bucket elevator and introduced into the batching bin through the distributor. The crushed materials are not only transported by screw conveyor, but also equipped with an auxiliary suction system, which not only saves energy consumption, but also prevents dust from overflowing, lowering the temperature of the materials and improving the grinding efficiency.
3. Material Dosing /Batching & Mixing Process
Materials Dosing/Batching designs according to the nutritional needs of different animals, using specific device to accurately weigh the various ingredients.
Mixing process is an operation in which various feed ingredients are metered and blended under external forces to form a uniform distribution. This process adopts two batching scale and a number of batching bins, of which the micro ingredients are manually added equipped with check weigher. After batching of material ingredients is completed, then enter into the mixer for mixing, and finally the material is output through the conveyor and elevator.
4. Feed Pelletizing Process
The function of feed pelleting process is to make fine crushed, easy flying dust, poor tastiness and difficult-to-ship feed into pellets by the action of heat, moisture and pressure in the granulation process to improve the good tastiness of the feed and reduce the feed-meat rate. Reduce feed waste and reduce environmental pollution.
In this process, we adopt two sets of feed pelletizers model SZLH420 with double-layer steam conditioners, and with bins designed above the pellet mill.
5. Feed Cooling, crumbling and Sieving Process
After granulation, feed pellets enter into two sets of coolers and crumblers, and then passed through the bucket elevator to enter the rotary screener for sieving, the finished products enter the packing bin, and the rest returns to granulation or re-grinding.
6. Feed Packing process
The feed pellets in the finished products bins which needs to be packaged will be packed by automatic feed bagging machine, finished products that do not need to be packaged will be taken away by bulk truck.
7. Auxiliaries of this animal feed production line
(1) 20TPH double SZLH420 poultry & livestock feed production line is equipped with dust control system for dust removing to improve the working environments.
(2) Oil adding system in the mixing process is to improve the feed tastiness.
(3) Air compressor system is used to provide compressed air to pulse dust collectors and bag packing machine, and other pneumatic devices like pneumatic valves, pneumatic three links etc.
(4) Steam boiler work with steam conditioners of pellet machine is used to pre cook the raw materials to improve the feed quality, and kill harmful factors in the raw materials.
8. Automatic control system
National electric control cabinet with computer programming system to control the whole working process of the feed plant, and high quality analog screen to real time monitor the working.
